Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
WinBaji currently supports the following payment methods for members in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). WinBaji does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider are outside WinBaji's control and are your responsibility.
Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier. Standard members can expect processing within 24–48 hours. VIP Gold members within 6–12 hours. Diamond members receive priority processing. These timeframes begin from the point at which your withdrawal request passes our verification checks, not from the moment you submit the request.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have completed full KYC verification and submitted a formal request to change your withdrawal method. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect our members.

These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. Most bonuses on WinBaji carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
WinBaji monitors all bonus activity. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:
Cashback bonuses awarded through the WinBaji VIP program are credited as real money with no wagering requirement, unless stated otherwise in the specific VIP tier terms. Cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited automatically to your account balance.
All casino games on WinBaji use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG systems used by our game providers are independently audited to ensure fairness. WinBaji does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any individual game round.
In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that affects a game round, WinBaji reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. In general: bets are settled based on the official result at the end of the relevant period of play. Abandoned or postponed events are handled according to the rules stated for each market. WinBaji's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.
Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by WinBaji, it cannot be cancelled by the member. WinBaji reserves the right to cancel bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WinBaji platform:
Consequences: Accounts found to be engaged in any prohibited activity will be suspended immediately without prior notice. All funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation. WinBaji reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.
WinBaji's VIP program consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative real money wagering over a rolling period. The specific wagering thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
VIP benefits include enhanced cashback rates, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing times, dedicated account managers (Gold tier and above), and exclusive bonus offers. All VIP benefits are denominated in BDT and apply automatically once a tier threshold is reached.

WinBaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months. In cases of account closure due to Terms breach, WinBaji may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.
Members who wish to exclude themselves from the WinBaji platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive promotional communications from WinBaji.
